The Role of Indigenous People in Governing Shared Waters

The intent of this side event is to provide a platform for Indigenous people to share their experiences in governing shared waters, highlight lessons learned, and develop recommendations for future action. For purposes of this side event, “shared waters” refers to working across political, jurisdictional, cultural, and other boundaries to jointly manage water.
